Registration Benefits and Prices

Please register early for the main conference, and the side events such as software workshops, the Graduate Student Symposium (GSS), professional organization meetings, optional lab tours, and much more. The registration prices below are specifically for the main conference which will take place from Oct. 30 to Nov. 1, 2024.

Full Registration to the Main Conference (Oct. 30–Nov. 1) Includes:

Access to all sessions, lunches (every day), Welcome Reception (Wednesday), Banquet Dinner and Halloween Party (Thursday), and networking opportunities.

Early-Bird Full Registration (by August 7)

$ 450 for students
$ 995 for non-student academics
$1,240 for all other

Regular Full Registration (available August 8 – September 24)

$ 560 for students
$1,150 for non-student academics
$1,390 for all other

Late Full Registration (available September 25 – October 21)

$ 685 for students
$1,425 for non-student academics
$1,730 for all other

“On-Site” Full Registration (available October 22 – November 1)

$ 750 for students
$1,625 for non-student academics
$1,950 for all other

Single-Day Registration (Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday):

The single-day registration includes access to all sessions, lunch, and networking opportunities for the individual days selected by the registrant. The Welcome Reception is included only on the Wednesday ticket. The Thursday ticket excludes the Banquet Dinner and Halloween Party that evening.

Banquet Dinner and Halloween Party Tickets:

This is intended for non-registered guests or single-day ticket holders who would like to join the Banquet Dinner and the Halloween Party only on Thursday evening, Oct. 31, 2024.

$98 for all registrant types

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Requests for refunds will be honored when received at least 30 calendar days prior to the conference start date. An administrative fee of up to $100 will be charged for cancellations. No refunds will be granted for cancellation less than 30 calendar days before the conference start date.

Note on Payment via PO / Invoice

(Where possible, payments should be made using a credit card to simplify the process.)

To pay using the PO / Invoice method, please send an email to Elizabeth at D2R (elizabeth@d2rcreative.com). Please carefully review the primary options (related to costs) in the registration system, and provide the options needed for all persons in your email.

Note: Once the invoice is paid, Elizabeth will provide you a single-use code to register on the system. This will remove the need for payment and will allow us to gather all necessary information.
